USA Today posted an interview with Lauren Conrad:
The Hills made Lauren Conrad an MTV darling and paparazzi favorite.
But is there any chance we’ll see her on an MTV reunion show in 10 years? “I hope not!” she says, laughing. “I really hope not.”
The future of The Hills (Mondays, 10 p.m. ET/PT) remains cloudy as the show approaches its Dec. 22 finale, which will close out its fourth season. The stars are finding plenty of other things to do. Whitney Port is getting her own spinoff, The City, which follows her exploits in New York. Audrina Patridge has a role in the horror film Sorority Row. And Heidi Montag seems to have her hands full with boyfriend Spencer Pratt.
Conrad is busy, too. She’ll continue the Lauren Conrad Collection fashion line. And she’s writing three books loosely based on her life; the first installment in the L.A. Candy series is expected next summer.
According to People.com, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt didn’t invite family or friends to their Cabo San Lucas wedding, but everybody will be able to see it – on The Hills.
“MTV is currently filming Heidi and Spencer in Mexico, as we were expecting to capture them on vacation,” the show’s executive producer, Liz Gateley, tells MTV. “Fans will be able to see the exclusive footage from the ceremony in an upcoming episode, and we will continue to follow the newlyweds’ relationship as it plays out in real life.”
Here’s the run down on Lauren Conrad’s current friends on THE HILLS, courtesy of LA Times.com:
Heidi Montag, friend-turned-foe:
Former BFFs with Lauren, Heidi lost standing when Lauren blamed Heidi
and her boyfriend Spencer for spreading rumors that Lauren had made a
sex tape with ex-boyfriend Jason. Heidi denies it was her, and Lauren
has rejected all attempts at reconciliation.
• Audrina Patridge, unclear:
Lauren’s former roommate Audrina was there for her during the height of
her feud with Heidi but has since moved out after having become a fifth
wheel to Lauren and her other BFF Lo. Their friendship could be tested
by rumors that her on-again, off-again boyfriend Justin “Bobby” Brescia
hooked up with Lauren.
• Spencer Pratt, foe:
Stole Heidi from Lauren and is accused of being the mastermind behind
the sex-tape rumors. As long as he’s with Heidi, there will be no truce
between the women.
• Brody Jenner, friend:
Their fling turned into friendship after he cheated on Lauren with
Jennifer Bunney. (Go figure.) His main job now is to do whatever it
takes to stay on the show, which means trashing Stephanie to Lauren for
as long as it earns him camera time.
• Lo Bosworth, friend:
Lauren’s childhood friend and housemate drove a wedge between L.C. and
Audrina but causes no mischief of her own. She’s there to tell Lauren
she’s “pretty” every so often.
• Whitney Port, friend: Co-worker and Lauren’s sounding board since Season 1. Whitney is about to leave The Hillsfor New York — and her own show, the spinoff The City. Her role has been one of unwavering support.
• Stephanie Pratt, foe-turned-friend: Stephanie’s
befriending of Lauren was unexpected, because she is Spencer’s
once-loyal sister. But she’s managed to stay in Lauren’s good graces,
even while dating L.C.’s recent ex behind her back. It’s those big,
often tear-filled eyes of hers. They get Lauren every time.

The Hills returned last night with a new season and Spencer Pratt is already shaking things up. The reality star claimed on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show that girlfriend Heidi Montag is still a virgin.
“She’s still a virgin…We don’t sin over here,” Pratt said.
Pratt also alleged that he and Montag sleep with a pillow between them to avoid giving in to temptation.
The couple is now being slammed for the lie as HollyScoop.com has reportedly found footage from the first season of The Hills in which Montag takes a pregnancy test.
Reality TV stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt hit up Kitson boutique to promote Montag’s clothing line “Heidiwood Club Line by Anchor Blue.” Now, the couple is opening up about moving out of Tinseltown.
“I need a break from the drama,” said Spencer. “That’s why I’m moving out of Hollywood.” Heidi confirmed that the two are looking for a new home, saying, “We want to get one house where we want to stay and build a family.”
Pratt also dished about the duo’s plan to visit Iraq, saying, “It would be an honor and a blessing to get over there and pump them up and cheer them on.” Spencer then showed his villainous side when he caught a glimpse of rival LC’s clothing on the clearance rack, exclaiming, “I don’t roll with those clothes. I wouldn’t want to catch anything.” (via Extra TV)

At a private hilltop location in Los Angeles, The Hills cast and their fans on Monday celebrated the Season 3 finale with a blow-out party that featured a performance by Usher, a screening of the season closer and cocktails on a lawn with sweeping views of the city. Despite the unusually chilly temps, the stars turned out in their hottest threads, including frocks from Lauren’s line for her and Lo. The conspicuous absences of Heidi and Spencer (rumored to be sequestered elsewhere) were the big buzz, but the cast stayed mum on why the pair didn’t show. (more…)
